Wholesale Terms

RAZ VAPES WEBSITE supplies licensed retailers and distributors in the United States. These Wholesale Terms apply in addition to our standard Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Licensing

Wholesale accounts are available only to entities with a valid state tobacco/vape retail or distribution license, a resale certificate (where applicable), and compliance with PACT Act registration. We verify licenses before activating accounts.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

The initial MOQ is $500 USD. Reorders have no MOQ. Volume tiers and pricing are provided after account approval.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

Wholesale pricing is confidential and provided in a separate price list. Default payment terms are prepay (wire/ACH/card). NET-15 or NET-30 may be granted after credit review.

4. Shipping

Wholesale orders ship FOB origin via UPS/FedEx Ground or LTL freight, with adult-signature where required. Customer is responsible for shipping, taxes, and customs on destination.

5. Returns

Wholesale orders are non-returnable except for shipping damage or manufacturer defects, documented within 7 days of delivery.

6. Compliance Obligations

Retailers agree to: verify age 21+ at every retail sale, comply with all local flavored-vapor and PMTA rules, maintain PACT Act sales records, and never resell to unlicensed parties.
