This Shipping Policy explains how RAZ VAPES WEBSITE ships orders within the United States in compliance with the federal PACT Act and applicable state laws.

1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after age verification and payment clearance. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day. Pre-orders ship on the date listed on the product page.

2. Shipping Carriers

We ship via private carriers (UPS, FedEx, regional couriers) and, where lawful, USPS. Carrier selection depends on destination, weight, and PACT Act requirements. We do not ship to PO Boxes for orders requiring adult signature.

3. Adult Signature Required (21+)

All nicotine shipments require an adult signature (21+) at delivery, as mandated by the PACT Act. The carrier will request a government-issued ID. If no adult is available, the package will be held at the carrier facility for pickup or returned to us.

4. Shipping Restrictions — Where We Cannot Ship

Due to state and local flavored-vapor laws, we currently do not ship to: Arkansas, California, Hawaii, Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington, the District of Columbia, and certain municipalities (including Chicago IL, San Francisco CA, and others). Orders to restricted areas will be cancelled and refunded. This list is updated as laws change.

5. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders as displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping is available where carriers operate.

6. Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking page to update after dispatch.

7. Delays

Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, customs (for the limited international jurisdictions we serve), strikes, or force majeure are outside our control. We will help track and resolve issues but do not refund shipping costs for carrier delays.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, check with neighbors and your local carrier facility. If still missing, contact us within 7 days and we will open a carrier investigation. For confirmed losses prior to delivery, we will reship or refund. Packages marked "delivered" and signed for are the customer's responsibility.

9. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Reshipping costs for packages returned due to address errors are the customer's responsibility.

10. International Shipping

At this time we ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not offer international shipping.
