Eligibility

Returns are accepted for unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

Return Process

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
