Return & Refund Policy
When and how RAZ VAPES WEBSITE accepts returns, refunds, or exchanges

Your satisfaction matters. Because nicotine vapor products are consumables for personal use, returns are limited by federal and state law. Please review this policy carefully.
1. Disposable Vape Policy
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, opened or used disposable vapes cannot be returned. Sealed, unused products in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days if shipped back at the customer's expense and subject to inspection.
2. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, email support@razvapes.website within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will issue a replacement or refund after review.
3. Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item received. We will arrange a free return label and ship the correct product or issue a refund.
4. Manufacturer Defects
RAZ products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects for 14 days from delivery. Defective devices (DOA, leaking, non-firing) qualify for replacement after we verify the issue with photos or video. Damage from misuse, drops, water, or tampering is not covered. 5. Non-Returnable Products
The following are non-returnable: opened or used disposables, clearance items, gift cards, products shipped to restricted states that were declined at destination, and items damaged through misuse.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as a refund plus a new order. Contact support to coordinate timing if you need the replacement quickly.
8. How to Start a Return
Email support@razvapes.website with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos. Do not ship anything back without prior authorization.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they enter fulfillment (typically within 1 hour of placement). Once shipped, cancellations are handled as returns.
