This Payment Policy explains how RAZ VAPES WEBSITE processes payments for orders on razvapes.website.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and additional methods displayed at checkout (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, cryptocurrency, ACH). Availability varies based on our processor agreements.

2. Currency

All prices and charges are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

3. Authorization & Capture

When you place an order we authorize the payment method. Funds are captured when the order is approved for shipment. If we cannot fulfill the order, the authorization is voided or refunded.

4. Payment Security (PCI-DSS)

Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third parties. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. The Site uses TLS encryption for all transmissions.

5. Sales Tax

We collect sales tax, excise tax, and PACT Act-related tobacco/vape taxes where required by law. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

6. Failed Payments

If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. You may try a different method or contact your bank.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us at support@razvapes.website. Most issues can be resolved within 1–2 business days. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks will be contested with full documentation (age-verification records, delivery confirmation, adult signature) and may result in account suspension and referral to collections.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. See Return & Refund Policy.

9. Fraud Prevention

We use fraud-screening tools and may request additional verification (ID, billing confirmation, AVS/CVV match) before shipping. Suspicious orders may be cancelled at our discretion.
