Coverage and limitations for RAZ devices sold by RAZ VAPES WEBSITE

RAZ VAPES WEBSITE stands behind the products we sell. The following warranty applies to RAZ devices purchased directly from razvapes.website.
1. Coverage Period
RAZ disposable devices are covered against manufacturer defects for 14 days from delivery (Dead-On-Arrival window).
2. What's Covered
Devices that do not fire, fail to draw, leak from the factory seal, or show non-functional LED/charging behavior out of the box are eligible for replacement or refund after verification.
3. What's Not Covered
The following are excluded: damage from drops, crushing, water, or fire; tampering or modification; depleted devices or normal end-of-life; cosmetic wear; damage caused by improper charging or non-OEM accessories; flavor preference or "didn't like it"; items purchased from third-party resellers.
4. How to File a Claim
Email support@razvapes.website within the 14-day window with: (a) order number, (b) batch/serial number from the package, (c) clear photos or a short video showing the issue. Do not discard the device until we resolve the claim.
5. Remedy
Approved claims are resolved by replacement of the same SKU, store credit, or refund — at our discretion. We do not cover return shipping for defective items; we will provide a prepaid label when required.
6. Manufacturer Warranty
Some claims may be processed directly with the device manufacturer. We will assist with documentation as needed.
7. Limitation
This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for defective products and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. See Terms & Conditions.
